Returns Policy 100% Money Back Guarantee
The following restrictions apply to products which specifically state they are covered by our full satisfaction money back guarantee. Non-adherence of these conditions will void the guarantee. In order to organize a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must e-mail us via the ‘Contact Us’ link within 7 days of taking delivery of their Flight AMS product and request a refund under these terms and conditions. Full delivery information will be made available only following contact. The customer must comply with the directions of Flight AMS staff in order to facilitate a refund. Please refer to the following procedure for additional details:
(1) All money back guarantees offered by Flight AMS are subject to a maximum period of 7 days, unless otherwise stated, from date of purchase. No refund claims outside of this period will be considered;
(2)The original product container , including any remaining product, must be returned to us. When returning used items, covered by our money back guarantee if not completely satisfied, please complete the following steps:
(a) return the remainder of the goods in question to us in appropriate packaging (make sure all open packages are sealed tightly to prevent leakage),Please note that all original containers, e.g. Foil bags and outer packaging, must be returned to us when claiming a refund.
(b) we expect products to be returned to us in good condition, and should not be damaged beyond reason. Similarly, we expect all non-consumable products to be used minimally before they are returned. Items that are suspected of misuse, tampering, & consumption will not be accepted.
(c) enclose a letter describing (in as much detail as possible) how you used the item in question and the result. Please include the name of the product and details of any unexpected results. We offer the money back guarantee at our cost in good will and fully expect our customers to take the time to provide us with the necessary feedback if claiming against the guarantee.
A full refund of the original product cost is offered. We do not offer a refund of any original shipping cost. All returned goods must be returned to us via UPS tracked service and a print out of the order confirmation must be included with the package so that we can identify your details and log them back into the system once we have received your returned goods. If this is not done, we will not be able to identify your card details with our online card processing merchant and will therefore be unable to issue you a refund. If the goods are not returned using UPS tracked, we will and cannot be held responsible for the receipt of the returned goods. If you contact us to say you sent the goods back to us and you do not provide a tracking code via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org we will assume the goods were never sent and a refund will not be issued.
We reserve the right to forfeit the guarantee if we suspect any abuse of our money back guarantee offer.
